E30 Headlight Intake

NEW RELEASE! The Tascar3D E30 headlight intake mounts to your OEM Ellipsoid headlight assembly, in place of the OEM high beam. Utilize the 3" outlet to direct fresh air to your engines air intake system!

The market is flooded with standard headlight intakes for the performance oriented enthusiast, but the appearance of our competitors products leave something to be desired. We wanted to design an intake that was functional AND aesthetically pleasing. The grill slats line up with the OEM grill, giving a uniform and unique look to the iconic E30 front end.

Installation is easy. Simply remove your OEM grill and headlight assembly, twist and remove the factory high beam adjustment rods and slide the high beam out of the headlight assembly. The mounting tabs on the Tascar3D intake will line up with the existing holes in your headlight bracket. Simply install small bolts with nuts and washers, holding the three mounting tabs to the headlight bracket. Reinstall your headlight assembly and grill, and you're done!

3D printed in high quality PETG plastic. Shipped as a raw 3D printed part, I recommend painting with high build primer and matte trim paint to match the grill.

This product fits BMW E30 with ellipsoid headlights only. Will NOT fit "sealed beam" equipped cars.

This part is different from drivers side to passenger side, so please ensure you are ordering the one you want to use! *Referenced to LHD US spec vehicles, drivers side is the right side when looking at the front of the vehicle*
